At iConnect we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know by calling 1850 22 1984


Delivery information
iConnect deliver product in the Republic of Ireland only. Delivery occurs withing 3 working days, provided the item is in stock. Orders over €60 are delivered free of charge. For orders under €60 a delivery charge of €8.00 will be applied.


Change of mind goods
In the event that you are unhappy with the goods that you have purchased, you can return the goods within 14 days of the sale date. Goods will only be accepted back in an unopened resalable condition accompanied with your purchase receipt. We will be happy to exchange the goods for items of equal or greater value.

i-Connect reserves the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee for full, change of mind refunds.

If you are seeking a refund from a debit/credit card, refunds will only be made to the original card.

i-Connect reserves the right to refuse refunds if not accompanied by the original purchase receipt.


Faulty Goods
In the event of you receiving a faulty or DOA item, i-Connect will offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. All faulty items must be returned to store where an inspection/assessment will be carried out to verify the fault.

Outside of the 14 days of purchase, i-Connect reserves the right to repair the product under the Apple manufacturing warranty. In cases where products show signs of damage or miss-use, i-Connect reserves the right to charge an inspection fee and provide quotations for damaged parts. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Your consumer rights
Consumer contracts are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 in Ireland and Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK & Northern Ireland and other applicable legislation. Under these Acts the purchaser of goods has a number of rights, including that: Goods must be of merchantable quality, fit for their purpose and must be as described. These rights cannot be excluded and are in addition to any extended warranty you may purchase or any voluntary manufacturer’s warranty you may be given. There may be circumstances where you are not entitled to a remedy. For further information about your consumer rights, visit the National Consumer Agency at www.nca.ie.

Apple One-Year Limited Warranty or, in the case of products that are not Apple-branded, the product manufacturer’s warranty (as appropriate) are separate from and are in addition to consumer rights provided under consumer law.
