Customers must take full responsibility to ensure that items are packaged safely and securely to avoid any damage or loss during transit. iConnect holds no responsibility for loss or physical damage of the product.
We do not accept the following items: accessories submitted with the device/machine. Watch straps, screen protectors, phone cases, Macbook sleeves/cases, Power adapters, cables or bags.
On all out of warranty repairs, there is an inspection fee of €35 for iOS devices and €65 for Macbook. Payment must be made prior to the collection being made. This can be made through the iConnect website.
Completed repairs must be paid for in full in advance of returning the product. If items are not paid for within 90 days, iConnect reserves the right to recycle/dispose of the equipment.
