iConnect deliver product in the Republic of Ireland only. Delivery occurs withing 3 working days, provided the item is in stock. Orders over €60 are delivered free of charge. For orders under €60 a delivery charge of €8.00 will be applied.
Product returns information
You may return the product unopened with the original receipt within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase. Some additional restrictions apply to these returns.
What do I need to do in order return a product?
Please return your product to iConnect Lifestlye Limited, 36 Henry Street Dublin 2, with the product unopened with its original receipt and we will exchange or offer a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. Opened software, memory and other media cannot be returned for a refund. Ex-display, custom-configured products including personalised devices as well as in-ear headphones cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cooling off period
You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days, which begins on the day that you receive the goods. In the case of a service, the cooling-off period begins on the day the contract for distance selling was concluded.
In the case of digital content, the cooling-off period expires when the downloading or streaming starts.
During the cooling-off period, you can cancel a distance contract without giving a reason and without incurring charges or penalties, other than possible charges incurred in returning the goods.
Are there any additional product terms?
All refunds will be made using the original payment method. Please note that all purchases made using a lease are subject to the terms of your lease agreement and cannot be returned under this policy. Products can only be returned in the country they were purchased. Apple devices and other equipment which contains a security seal can only be returned if the security seal has not been tampered with. Purchases made pursuant to a mobile phone carrier contract are subject to the terms of the agreement and may not be capable of being returned under this policy. Please check the terms and conditions of your agreement. If any promotional items included in the original sale are not returned, the corresponding value or discount of the promotional items will be deducted from the refund amount. You can cancel the AppleCare Protection Plan within 30 days of purchase and obtain a full refund (unless you have made use of the service and support). The AppleCare Protection Plan can also be cancelled at any time after the 30-day cancellation period but you will receive a pro rata refund for the unexpired period.
iConnect Gift Cards are non-refundable. If a gift card is partially redeemed the remaining balance will remain on the gift card and can be used against future purchases. iConnect gift cards can only be redeemed in the iConnect stores. Gift cards can only be redeemed in country of purchase. iConnect gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months of the gift card issue date after which date the gift card becomes void and cannot be extended. Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, your contract with iConnect Lifestyle Ltd. and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable country.
What if my item is faulty?
If you purchased a faulty product you should call our sales team on 1890 22 1984 to arrange a return as soon as possible after discovery of the fault. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. If the investigation reveals the products as sold were faulty we will replace or repair them or provide you with a full refund in accordance with local legislation.
Your consumer rights
Consumer contracts are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 in Ireland and Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK & Northern Ireland and other applicable legislation. Under these Acts the purchaser of goods has a number of rights, including that: Goods must be of merchantable quality, fit for their purpose and must be as described. These rights cannot be excluded and are in addition to any extended warranty you may purchase or any voluntary manufacturer’s warranty you may be given. Apple One-Year Limited Warranty or, in the case of products that are not Apple-branded, the product manufacturer’s warranty (as appropriate) are separate from and are in addition to consumer rights provided under consumer law.
